Support schools with high-quality marketing and communications that drive engagement and growth.

As Marketing and Communications Business Partner at Townsville Catholic Education, you’ll work closely with schools, system leaders and the Catholic Diocese of Townsville to deliver impactful marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen brand, engagement and enrolment outcomes. Taking a consultative approach, you’ll partner directly with Principals and key stakeholders to understand their unique context and deliver tailored, high-quality campaigns.

You’ll lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, bringing ideas to life through content, design, digital and media. From developing school-level strategies to managing campaigns and projects end-to-end, you’ll ensure every initiative is aligned, on-brand and delivers real results.

Working across a diverse portfolio, you’ll build strong relationships with schools, suppliers and media, acting as a trusted advisor and go-to for marketing expertise. You’ll also play a key role in building capability across schools - sharing your knowledge and supporting school based staff.

You’ll bring experience in marketing and communications within a complex environment, along with strong project management, stakeholder engagement and content development skills. Your ability to balance creativity with strategy, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes will see you succeed in this role. You’ll also hold relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as marketing, communications, business or a related discipline.
