Shape how our organisation connects and communicates.
The Internal Communications and Strategy Design Lead at Townsville Catholic Education is a new role where you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to assist in strengthening how we communicate across our organisation.
Working across directorates and leadership teams, you’ll lead the delivery of internal communication frameworks, channels and tools - ensuring messaging is timely, accessible and aligned across the system. From managing content to developing communication plans for major initiatives, you’ll ensure our people have the right information at the right time, delivered in a way that is meaningful and easy to engage with.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll take a consultative approach to understanding communication needs and supporting strategic priorities. You’ll contribute to the development of Strategic Directions and support organisation-wide change initiatives, partnering with teams to deliver clear, thoughtful communication that supports staff through change and drives alignment across TCE.
You’ll bring experience in internal or corporate communications within a complex environment, along with strong writing, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills. Your ability to translate strategy into clear messaging, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships will see you succeed in this role. You’ll also hold relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as communications, marketing, business or a related discipline.
