Salary Range: $121,496 - $136,746 (pending experience) + Superannuation

 

Shape and deliver smarter digital workflows across our organisation.

As the Digital Workflows Solutions Specialist at Townsville Catholic Education, you’ll play a key role in improving how we work by designing smarter, more connected digital workflows. Acting as the ServiceNow subject matter expert, this role focuses on streamlining processes, reducing manual effort and creating better experiences for our people and schools.

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll translate business needs into practical, well designed solutions. You’ll lead the technical design and delivery of initiatives, ensuring outcomes are scalable, secure and aligned with organisational priorities, while balancing multiple projects across the platform.

The role also plays an important part in building capability across the organisation. Through guidance, documentation and support, you’ll help teams better utilise the platform and embed consistent, sustainable ways of working.

About You

  • You bring 3–5 years’ experience in ServiceNow development, administration or solution architecture, with the ability to design and deliver complex, scalable solutions across multiple modules.
  • You’re confident working with workflow automation, scripting and integrations, and understand full project and system development lifecycles.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, you can manage competing priorities, navigate complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes that align with business needs.
  • You’re an effective communicator who builds strong relationships and works well with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
  • You can translate complex requirements into clear, practical solutions and provide trusted advice.
  • With a proactive, solution-focused mindset, you enjoy improving how things work, staying current with platform advancements and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
