Salary Range: $78,260 - $82,065 pending experience + Superannuation 

 

Play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality IT services. 

We’re seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Service Delivery Specialist to support the delivery of reliable, high-quality IT services across our school network in Mt Isa. In this hands-on role, you’ll apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues, support system performance, and ensure our students and staff stay connected and supported.

Working as part of a collaborative ITS team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining systems, improving service delivery, and contributing to projects that enhance digital environments within our western schools. 

You’ll be a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on keeping systems running smoothly. With proven experience in IT support and infrastructure, you’ll bring strong troubleshooting skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

You’ll have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you’ll manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and delivering high-quality outcomes.
