Salary Range: $33.26 - $34.66 per hour pending experience

About the role
Ryan Catholic College, Kirwan, is seeking an experienced and dedicated School Officer - Administration and Timetabling for Inclusive Education 7-12. This position will be completing 30 hours per week. The role is term time, permanent and will commence commence as soon as practicable.
The Administration role provides high-level support with initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail. Acting as the first point of contact, the School Officer will professionally liaise with visitors, parents, staff, and students, create a welcoming environment, deliver excellent customer service, and manage timetabling for inclusive education.

- Previous experience providing generalist administrative support
- Demonstrated capacity to organise and prioritise a range of tasks and set priorities to meet deadlines in a busy office environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver support
- Proven ability in providing accurate and informative assistance to staff, students and parents confidently.
- Administration experience with software and systems is an advantage
Mandatory Criteria
- Current Working with Children Suitability Card - The successful candidate will require a paid Blue Card before commencement as per the No Card, No Start policy developed by Queensland Government
- Minimum certificate level or higher qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner
- First Aid certificate or the ability to attain one.
Desirable Criteria
- Recent administration and/or reception experience in a school or other environment.
